Royal Canin Golden Retriever Puppy Food 3kg

Ok, so it's a different doggie name, but my 8 month old dog puppy enjoys the food. It is convenient, the delivery is excellent, His coat is brilliant and shiny, I did try him on another brand (recommended by his breeder) but found he was becoming super hyper (a puppy has very sharp needle teeth which I've found out the hard and very painful way, the mother is probably very happy to be rid of them at 8 weeks) but he calmed down considerably when I changed to Royal Canin. I recommend this product to every Goldie puppy owner I meet (and that is about 8 or so on my local walk). My major quibble is that 12 KG it only lasts for 30 days at 400 g or 24 days at 500 g a day - not the 36 as advertised - yep, he's gonna be a big goldie like his Dad. So, I have to go to a shop to get another 4 kg or so every other month. How about 15 Kg packs? At 1 pack a month, it will balance out over the 15 months I would also like to question the price, just checked a US site and they are selling this exact same product for $47.99 = £29.13, not £44. Even with taxes, delivery and their markup, that does make a difference. Hey Guys, wake up! There is now a global market out there and somebody else is going to take advantage of it. On second thoughts, just forget what I've just written, I've just had an inspirational light bulb moment. LOL..

My Golden puppy loves this! She’s healthy and fit, beautiful coat and took to this food well. Struggled with change over from breeder food as she picked this out of her bowl each time and left the previous food!! Clearly her preference is this one! Had to just switch without gradual change but actually she was fine with no tummy upsets or difficulties. Yes, this is far more expensive than other available food, but it’s worth every penny and it lasts a lot longer.

Our golden loves the dog food, it’s the right size for him, however a little expensive and should order the bigger bag, but a good size to take away for a holiday.

Royal Canin Golden Retriever Junior 29 Dry Mix 12 kg Excellent food, my pup loves this kibble, looks fantastic on it, will definitely stay with Royal canin breed specific. Had rough start with symply and eukanuba, pup looked skinny, had the runs. Now on Royal Canin he looks healthy and fit, his coat feels smooth and sleek, and he just looks happier. Choosing a puppy food was a minefield of varying opinions but I won't change from Royal Canin now, it seems expensive, but you don't need to feed such a large amount as it is excellent quality. Works out to about £1.10 a day to feed, so not bad at all, worth every penny.

Really really stinks, our pup is a golden retriever she doesn’t overly enjoy so will wean off I think.

Fabulous food my fussy dog loves it

This takes all the guesswork out of rearing puppies and youngsters. No it's not cheap. There are plenty of cheaper foods out there, but in this world you get what you pay for. I use it to wean and rear puppies, I also give it to my bitches when they are pregnant or nursing a litter. I have always been delighted with the results. I see no reason to change what I feed my dogs as long as Royal Canin is available. Happy dogs and a happy owner.

I have a 2 month old Golden Retriever & as a naive owner i was under impression that Pedigree was best for him so i was trying to feed him pedigree. First he refused to eat pedigree but somehow i tricked him to eat it by mixing it with water and some chicken jelly. The next day he got diarrhea & stomach cramp so iad to take him to vet and he was fed medication with puppy cerelac. Still he was passing semi solid stool and then i searched this and fed this and now my puppy is happy to have this himself and passing normal stool. The major difference i see between pedigree Vs Royal Canine is that Pedigree doesn't mix well with water and remains hard for a puppy to chew but this Royal Canine forms soft porridge (Daliya type) which the puppy loves to eat, may be the taste is better than Pedigree.

Le royal canin est adoré par mes chats et chiens. Ils tous un poil doux et perdent moins de poils depuis que leur régime est au royal canin. Le rapport qualité/prix est là, je vous le recommande surtout si vos animaux perdent beaucoup leurs poils.
