my boyfriend has a 40” chest and needs a 24” sleeve. from the chart, it looks like size Large will fit. is this accurate?

not really I have 40 forty bust it makes the shoulders and the sleeves very tight and if you wear a vest under there no way its conformable .

What size is bigger, the 3x-large or xxx-large?

Those are both the same size...? This runs so small...order 3 sizes up at least. FYI this coat does not button or close in any way. Buttons are decorative only.

If these are made in China, are the sizes based on the Asian size chart?

I only say this and this NOT Critizing I have 40 in chest and being a girl well we all know the rest. Morley in saying all Americans are not 5.5 to 5.6 and 30 in chest 25 in arms in length , I do work out some I have some muscle in my arms,So just make sure your body will fit these products , because I’ve all so have bought a pair of leggings that I have got from China and they will not come all the way up , I needed two more sizes up . But the up grading will look good with gustets extra trimming it even make look more athintic.

Im a 5'2 transmale thats 110-120 lbs what size would i need?

i’m a 5’8 straight male, 150lbs, medium fit fine.
