5 Star Earl Gray Tea! Wonderfully smooth and not bitter. Taylor’s is my go to brand. Excellent teas and reasonably priced. TERRIBLE Packaging. The box was delivered in a poly mailer and arrived crushed with a hole in it. This is the 2nd box of tea I received that was crushed. I called Amazon and they refunded my money. When customers request “Hide what’s Inside” they expect workers to have enough common sense to determine bag or box. Free Shipping isn’t really free. Box and bag fees and postage are co-mingled in the price of the product. 5 Star Review for this Tea and customer service refunding my money & Zero for Amazon shipping warehouse. The tea is fine. I requested a refund (like I should’ve on The $27 box of Boston Harbor Tea) but I decided I will not accept anymore products that arrive in a condition that is unacceptable. I don’t purchase damaged goods at the store so why should I accept them from Amazon due to poor packaging.

Best tasting earl grey I’ve had! You can tell how good the quality is while still being good value. I had to give up coffee but this tea makes me excited get out of bed and have as my morning ritual everyday.

Earl grey tea : Each earl grey tea will have its own blend, a mix of bergamot and black earl grey tea. I have tasted a few brands of earl grey and I like this blend. Yes the packaging is minimal but it comes with very reasonable pricing! More packaging would mean a higher price per count! And in this way, it is environmental-friendly as well. This is my go-to earl grey tea ! Lapsang Souchong tea : Was not aware of this Chinese smoked tea until i came across this by Taylors of Harrogate. This does definitely have that smoked taste. This tea will be an acquired taste for most people. I find this tea to be my liking but definitely not my favorite!

Tea is personal, so I can't say what you will like. The Taylors of Harrogate Earl Grey, 50 Teabags package arrived in perfect condition. The tea was properly sealed and fresh. My everyday tea is Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Gold, so when I wanted to have some Earl Grey for an occasional afternoon, I ordered this. I found that, while it is very nice tea, the oil of bergamot flavor is milder than I have enjoyed in other Earl Grey tea and a little too subtle for me. This is a personal preference and not a negative review.

Number 1 tea for me -- great flavor!

The tea itself is good. The black tea flavor is stronger than other brands and sometimes overpowers the bergamot flavor on the tongue, but you can definitely smell the bergamot. I have ordered this twice, and even though I like the minimal packaging, it is not sturdy enough for Amazon delivery. Both packages arrived damaged. It is better to buy it in store.

I was trying to reorder the 6 boxes of individually wrapped tea bags that I usually get. I hate when things disappear from Amazon and are replaced with something slightly different - so it is hard to tell when you order. I would not have ordered had I known the tea bags were not individually wrapped in foil packages like it usually comes. It wont stay fresh as long due to this. So disappointed. UPDATE: Last night I used the last of my foil wrapped bags, and opened the first box of this tea. Took off the plastic wrap and immediately put the loose bags in a ziploc to preserve freshness. Made a cup this morning and the tea has NO FLAVOR. Not the usual quality I get from the individually foil wrapped tea bags. $35 down the drain as these are going in the trash :-(

This a is a very nice tea, very good quality but difficult to find, so stock up as you will nt easily find it in outher supermarket. The price is good too, shame about the shipping charges.
