Can I run these through a stinky garbage disposal?

I don't think so. The gel beads emit molecules that naturally eliminate odors. They continually work for 60-90 days. Putting them in a garbage disposable would waste them.I have good luck with cutting up lemons and running them through the disposal. Also, ice cleans it.Hope this helped a little.
