I was surprised at how quickly this got to me after the order. I have a business and a personal laptop in the office. Somewhere along the way I lost one of the power cords, so I was basically stuck shuttling a power cord back and forth whenever I needed it out in the field. Finally decided to break down and get a replacement. I've had no problems with it; it does the job and does it well.

My laptop is getting old(er) and the charger it came with kept falling out. I ordered this one and it is great. No more falling out and my laptop charges great. The only complaint is that occasionally the plug falls out of the adapter itself but that's not much of a problem for me. Please note that the charger may get warm occasionally. Otherwise, a great product at a great price. UPDATE: 11/30/2024: I purchased this item in May, 2024. The plastic wrap around the wires frayed and one of the wires has broken. In the item description, it says: "【Our Service For You】For 12 months from the date of purchase, If the product fails, we will replace it with a new one." I find out now that the item cannot be returned after June 25, 2024 according to Customer Service. I am asking for further assistance.
