The from label says 800mg. but the back says 200mg. what am i missing? how many mg after they?

The amount of true elemental magnesium is 200mg which is what you want. The glycine that it’s attached to takes up the rest of the space. I have tried about 5 different mag glycinate products and I enjoy this one because it really takes care of my foot and leg cramps while also giving me some mental support as well. Hope that helps!

how many mg is this ? the back of the bottle says 200, the front of bottle says 800?

These capsules are "00" size capacity which holds about 750-800 mg. The smallest size capsules hold about 300 mg. Less than 300mg capacity does not exist to my knowledge.
