My horrible experience with this product started almost 1.5 months back. 1. Issue is my chair is leaning left, with both seat is leaning left and the elbow rest is leaning left as well. It is leaning by 1 cm. Same is confirmed by authorized repairmen. 2. Buyer's beware, amazon support doesn't support his product for return or exchange. When you go for return, amazon website will keep re-directing you to product support site and you will not be able to return or exchange. Repairmen added a washel to increase the height but that is a stop gap measure. It is like using duck tape to fix a water leak. It will work only for sometime. After adding washel i still feel a tilt and elbow rest is permanently leaning left....uska kuch nahi ho sakta or can't do anything for elbow rest tilt. MY complaint and disappoint is with amazon since they didn't allow me to return or exchange. Keeping the step cumbersome on their website and then with Greensoul for sending a defective product. Still waiting for resolution.

nice chair. price can be a bit low though. Not sure if the armrests are adjustable as mentioned. I feel armrests are fixed at one place but comfortable for me. Hydraulic works. Easy to assemble. No tools required. Bottom and back come fixed together. We just have to wheel base, hydraulic and the upper body on top of each other and its done.

I bought this chair in March 2022. It’s now been three years, and I’ve only used it 2 to 3 months each year, as I’ve been living away from home. The rest of the time, it’s been covered with a protective cloth. Despite such minimal use, the fabric underneath is disintegrating, literally turning to dust when touched. That says a lot about the low-grade material used. The chair also tilts to one side, and despite attempts to fix it—tightening the base plate screws (which by the way have rusted with a vengeance) and checking for caster/wheel misalignment—it still leans. That tilt gives me a backache after a while, which defeats the purpose of having a "comfortable" chair. Speaking of comfort: yes, it is comfortable to sit on, but that’s where the praise ends. Now let’s talk about the handles—they look like someone moulded them by hand without proper tools. Uneven, crude plastic. They do the job and are supportive, but absolutely not something I’d expect at this price point. The legs are no better. Looks like someone took metal rods, banged them into shape with a hammer, and said “done.” Uneven, rough, and lacking any refinement. Again, they’re stable—but it’s aesthetically and structurally crude. The chrome plastic cover that you are provided with and indeed all the plastic bits you get are patently cheap loooing and of crude make. I’m sharing this not just to complain, but because I genuinely want the product to improve. We as Indian buyers deserve premium quality for the price we pay, not substandard materials and poor workmanship. If I paid the same price for a Chinese-made chair, I’d have received far better quality and finish. Let’s be honest—this chair wouldn’t sell in Europe. I had a chair from the UK (Cherry Tree brand) that’s still going strong after six years of daily use. That’s the benchmark we should aim for. "Made in India" should mean great quality, durability, and excellent craftsmanship—not just a label. Please raise your standards. We’re tired of settling.
