Comfy, functional, easy to use-- a winner!
I've seen some mixed reviews for this, and also noted that reviews here may pertain to the Jabra Engage 65, 75, or 85. I am reviewing the 75 with mono headset. It's a terrific product, "A+" for me. It does everything that I need: comfortable to wear, connects to my three devices (PC + 2 phones) at the same time and accommodates them properly, and has a functional touch-screen display that shows the connection status, battery status, and has on-screen buttons for dialing and hanging up. The headset itself has a great mute button, volume buttons, and call/end buttons that work well and are easy to use and find. I previously used similar products from Sennheiser and Plantronics and found this Jabra to be head-and-shoulders above the others. The Plantronics version has a heavier headset, a worse display, and stopped working with my PC after a while. For the most part, Jabra really got it right with this product's usability. This unit does not even need a power button, so that's one less button to manage. The sound quality for voice is excellent. If you plan to use a PC softphone, check the manual to see which products may be especially compatible. For PC usage, it's probably best, too, if you run the Jabra Direct PC desktop software, which is freely downloadable from the Jabra Web site. It helps keep everything in sync, can update the firmware, and manage settings on the headset and base.

Love it
Use it daily with work, have had other headsets, didn't love any of them, I love this one, mute is in a great location, long battery life, good range and clarity, its a workhorse!

Works as advertised
This product is great. It’s light and comfortable with crystal clear connection. Able to connect to pretty much anything, computer, cell, softphone. Battery life easily lasts all day and has deep configurations. Able to even use a custom ringtone, and different rings for different sources. Noise canceling works great, leds light up on the headset when in use so ppl know not to bother you. Only thing that would make this better is when it goes into power nap mode, the display should completely turn off, which it doesn’t now, it’s always on. Other than that, it’s been working flawlessly. If you’re working from home, this is a great option rather than speakerphone Solid product from a reputable company

Convenient...
I've owned this headset for 2 years w/o any issues. The sound quality is great, set-up was easy, it stays fully charged the entire 8 hour work day and the mic boom mute is evrathang lol. My family knows when I'm on a call so there's no disturbance, but I have the convenience of quickly muting when needed. Noise cancelling seems to work (none of my customers have mentioned they can hear my tv/radio going in the background). It's backed up on my laptop so I can get software updates quickly. Also, it's very attractive looking. Unfortunately, today, when I lifted it up at the start my day, the headset fell apart in my hand. My 20 minute attempt to repair was unsuccessfull. Thankfully, I purchased the Asurion warranty...something I NEVER do. The Asurion agent I spoke with was thorough, friendly, provided me with free return shipping options and submitted my claim efficiently. I keep my older Jabra headset plugged and ready to go for situations like this. After two full years of complete inactivity, it too, works like a charm, but I can't wait for my Jabra Engage 75 to return to me, ready to go. Well worth the $308 price I paid in 2021.

Useless
Purchased this for use with my iPhone XS via Bluetooth. Appears high-quality at a glance, but sound keeps distorting and/or breaking up. Contacted support and was told to try a factory reset. That did not help. Returned the headset for a replacement. Replacement has same problem. A complete waste of money, sadly.

Solid sound quality, but that's about it...
I purchased the 75 Mono headset and have been using it for the past two years. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this product. On the positive side, the sound quality is excellent. I am able to hear my callers clearly and they can hear me without any issues. The microphone is also top-notch, picking up my voice accurately without any background noise. However, I do have some concerns about this headset. Firstly, the price point is quite high compared to other headsets on the market. While the sound and microphone quality are great, I'm not sure if it justifies the hefty price tag. Additionally, setting up this headset was quite complicated for me. Despite following the instructions carefully, I could never get all of its functionality or software to pair correctly with my phone or computer. This meant that I had to hardwire it every time I wanted to use it, which was a major inconvenience. Moreover, after just two years of regular use (6-8 hours of calling 5 days a week), the swivel on the earpiece broke. This was disappointing as I had expected better durability from a product at this price point. The construction overall feels flimsy and not very sturdy. In conclusion, while the Jabra 75 headset does have its strengths in terms of sound quality and microphone performance, but it falls short in other aspects such as its high price point and complicated set-up process. Additionally, its durability is questionable as evidenced by the broken earpiece after just two years of use. For these reasons, I would hesitate to recommend this product to others.

Since working from home is a thing, I needed something that allowed me to connect to my computer without a desk phone and this product was it. I use this with softwares like zoom, 8x8 and MS Teams! It's works great and the range is amazing. Although the price is high but definitely worth it! Another feature I liked was the ability to connect my personal cellphone and my work cellphone via Bluetooth. The only thing I dislike is that when you are on a call via Team and you get a cellphone call, sometimes it does not connect properly and you end up hanging up on the call and need to call back. But overall it was worth the purchase and would recommend it if you don't care about the price.

I am correcting this review for one reason only. The battery life is very poor. The unit works great but you will need to change battery every year and it costs 50$. Spoke to the jabra help desk who made me reset it a few times but to this day I have no idea how resetting it could fix the battery but I did what they told me. ******Ok. I had to think about this twice about buying this headset du to the very expensive price. I bought this for working from home. I work in a call center and I was tired of being restricted by the cord of my headset. I must have tried at least 6 different models and finally decided to invest the extra money. Yes it is expensive but it is worth every penny. I work for an alarm company so I get to hear high pitched noise several times a day. The headset is super comfortable and those high pitched sound are a lot less stressful to tolerate but the headband is too loose so Amazon is sending me a replacement. Beside that hiccup this headset is awesome. It does work with the avaya platform and upstream as well. My clients have never complained about the voice cutting out and the battery lasts all day. I read complaint about the foam being uncomfortable which is false. True, in the beginning it felt a little weird because I have been working with cheap headset for years but if the headband turns out to be too loose for my head, I will definitely turn to the convertible model. If you are willing to pay the price you will definitely not regret it, except for the little hole in your budget

We already use two of the older models (9470 mono) at the office and have found them to be great productivity tool. This newer model is even better, feels lighter. The ability to connect the land line, computer and a cell phone is an important function for us. The range is great; much better mute button, than the older model, which relied on tapping the earpiece. volume control is also better, but have to get used to locating it, as I am used to the older model. No complaints from the other end of the line about clarity, volume or background noise. Even rotating the mic 30-40 degrees, will result in your voice not being picked up, so definitely keeps background noise out. Jabra makes great, though expensive units. Having read the reviews and compared other makes, I decided to stIck with them. Glad that I did. Highly recommended if you spend a lot of time on the phone
