Bad build quality, stopped working.
I do not recommend buying this controller. Mine stopped working after 1 week, it would not charge nor would it turn on if I did try to charge it. Eventually I just gave up and asked for a return request. Please, buy an official controller from companies like Sony or Microsoft, and not wasting your money on these cheap third-party controllers made out of cheap materials.

Good value for money, decent stick and d-pad, but annoying little issues
HEADS UP for Android Users: If you are using this on Android it needs to be in the right input mode. On the top left of the device there are a set of lights number 1 to 4. By holding the home button and one of the the face buttons ( A, B, X ,Y ) you can switch the input modes for the controller. The android input mode is the 3rd light. If you are on light number 3 and its blinking then pair your device. As for the review, it's a great quality budget bluetooth android controller. I use this and a Nokia 8 as an emulation device. All together it has worked surprisingly well and I've played various games on a variety of emulators, the only manual remapping I had to do was for Wind Waker on Dolphin for the camera and that's it.There are some little problems which detract from this being perfect:- I'm not sure if it's the phone or device putting it to sleep after a certain amount of inactivity, probably the iPega itself, but after a while left unattended the controller goes to sleep, all the lights go off. This isn't really a problem most of the time but for the game I was playing most - Final Fantasy VII the android version from the Google Play Store - it literally crashes that game when it no longer senses the controller. I've lost progress maybe 3 times when the game crashed because the iPega went to sleep.- The control sticks are a little floaty I'd say, you aren't going to get the precision of an Xbox controller but it does the job.- You can't plug in headphones or charge the phone while it's in this device. It securely fits the phone at both ends, so any ports on those ends will become inaccessible while you have your phone in it.All together though, it is such a great price and works well with emulators. So I can't really be too harsh on it.

Very High latency, buttons are cheap and not comfortable
I stop using it just playing for 20 minutes on my phone. The latency is so high that even navigation became a difficulty. Buttons feel very cheap and not comfortable when clicking. If it only cost £5 then I can understand but definitely not for a £20 controller. Not worth the money

Disappointed
I was overall happy to use this product, however after a week. The right side of the pad stopped working once the pad was extended. As soon as it wasn’t retracted it works fine. So going against what it’s advertised to do. Also the pad doesn’t work with iOS on iPhone X. It’s a great product when it works on android. But I have asked for a refund, I’m thinking it’s one of those good products that’s cheap to build but doesn’t last long unless your lucky, asked for a refund. Not angry just disappointed.
