Fantastic
Use it in my work van everyday. I don't bother with the bags, I just put coffee or tea in my cup and let the machine dispense hot water. Ideal

Simple and lightweight
Great bit of kit. It does eat batteries, but I find I’m getting 2 cups out of a 4amp. Easy to clean, simple to use. The cube Makita type tool bag fits it perfectly, with space for a battery and coffee etc. I would of liked a choice of using the mains as well but it’s great being cordless.

Makita Coffee & Tea maker.
The media could not be loaded. VIDEO IS TO WATCH IF YOUR HAVING ISSUES. DONT OVER FILL COFFEE FILTER Being a tradesman and getting out and about, not knowing where Iam going on a daily basis. I can't rely on customers for drinks.Being a Northerner I need a good expresso in a morning and brews throughout the day. I thought this fitted the bill.I use Milwaukee tools and bought a battery convertor to connect my batteries to this coffee machine. It works fine now I know how much coffee to use. I can say it works great but better instructions would of helped.Set up is easy to understand, make sure your batteries are fully charged as it a bit hungry on them depending on how often you use it and 1 Ambient temperature.1 x 4ah battery will make a brew in about 7 mins8 ah batteries a few brews12ah battery good for a day.If your on site and can charge your battery it not a problem. If your on the road line me your need a few batteries and charge when you can. It's quick enough to make a good filtered coffee or tea. Served at 90° so hot 🔥 to drink. It comes with a permanent nylon fiter for filtered coffee and you can add 60mm coffee bags . I have been told from an other trades man that 60mm tassimo coffee disc ( COPPIES ) cardboard ones NOT plastic fit and work if you like hot chocolate and mocha coffee ect. The little filter dosenot like to be over filled or tamper down like an expresso machine it likes to be quite losely packed in . You will know if you have over filled the filter or tamped it down to much as the coffee will not drip freely into the cup. It tracks down the filter housing and down the back of the machine itself, missing the cup 🥤 and making a mess in your van. It's strong enough to take a knock on my shelves in my van. It's nice in colours my is RED. My mate has an Olvie green 💚 one. It's well priced and has been reliable since November when I bought it. Now end of Jan. I like going the beach with it on a cold frozen morning and pulling out my coffee machine for a hot brew even if my water bottle was frozen 😆

Hubby loves it
You definitely need the 5 amp battery for this machine, that gives about 5 cups of coffee, my hubby takes it on site with him.. fresh coffee when he wants.. amazing product, well made and easy to clean.. happy hubby, happy life :)

Usefull bit of kit
Very usefull. Bear in mind that you are using. 18volt battery to heat water and expect the battery to be used quickly depending on the amperage. I get 2 cups out of a 5 amp battery.I've tried using it with ground coffee in the basked and had mixed results so a bit of trial and error is needed but it does work. I mainly use it for hot water for tea. Sits in back or the van or car till needed I carry a bag with a flask of water and tea making kit. Works well it is a bit of a gimmic and I could just bring a large flask of hot water but it does work and get used. Time will tell how long it lasts till it breaks it'll get plenty of use till then. It'll only make one cup at a time around 4 to 5 mins so no problems for me.Camping in a couple of months so will see how it works then for an early morning cuppa without having to fire the gas stove up. I can leave in in the main tent next to the bed.

Makes an excellent cup of coffee.
Thought this would be a bit of a gimmick, but it's now used every day. Don't bother with bags/pods and just use decent filter coffee. Wouldn't recommend for the home, but it's excellent when on the go. Given the choice between instant coffee on site, overpriced coffee from the closest garage or this coffee maker, I go with Makita every time.
