It is really a gem.Purchased Rose Gold.What a beauty in retro look.Sound quality is amazing.Sound is very clear and pure.Infact there is very low bass in old songs but quality, clearity and purity of sound touched my heart and ear.If you don't believe then listen Hindustani Instrumental or Bhakti playlist.Harman Kardon sound is price worthy.No regret in buying this costly version.If you are an audiophilic then buy it.Other versions of Caravan are just radio but this is really a gem.Almost many songs and music of old years are there including filmi instrumental.Previously I hesitated in buying Caravan due to the radio like quality of sound but this version didn't disappointed me.Liked very much.

Received defective and completely non-functional product.
Unable to switch it on, despite multiple attempts. Completely unsatisfied. I need it to gift this someone for tomorrow. Customer care advised to mail for return and refund. They will decide whether refund will process or not. Completely stuck.

Golden Champagne
"Champagne Gold" is a golden one. The only drawback is the FM/AM radio. It is not clear. Saregama and USB are melodiously working. Audio is very clear.

I instantly fell in love with this master peice by Saregama.. Audio quality average.
Received a defective piece. Got an exchange after 1 month. Average audio quality. Buttons stopped working after few weeks. Remote comes handy. Antenna & signal reception for radio faces issues indoor. Song collection & playlist features are good. Hardware needs more honest upgrade.

Excellent product
I gifted this radio to my dad in India. This is one of the most innovative way to deliver old songs to old folks. He is extremely happy with this product. I was looking for something which allows him to put a song of Mohammad Rafi which is a favorite single of my dad. Now he can play all those songs with a turn of a radio button. Thanks a lot to make this happen he will cherish this gift for long time.

Chor Bazar quality
Very poor quality hardware, whenever turn this on, only play geetmala . Even change the artists, nothing changed. This is greedy company, with big name of hmv. Very slow processing, even on app it has big lag, . Don’t buy this product. Too expensive for very lower chor bazar type quality.

Poor sound quality
Bought this with a view that it will be great on sound with HK speakers but it was a big disappointment. To add to the disappointment the device did not connect to the saregama app as the serial no showed error and contacting Saregama helpline was of no use. Had to finally return it.
