Disney Minnie Mouse Volcano Lamp, Multi

Sorry for the length.The whole family loves it! My kid cant stop watching and my fiance loved the ambiance it gave the room. The swirling red light is very relaxing. My fiance even wants to get the toy story one with the floating aliens! That being said, I was extremely upset when I first recieved the item. The box it was shipped in was fine but the product-box was very dilapidated and looked very aged. I was under the impression I was getting something brand new but I think it might be used. The styrofoam inside was definitely old and falling apart. Then to top it off, it leaked. Two red lighting bolts were on the outside with a hair of liquid which also caused some of the styrofoam to glue itself to the topper. This isn't the reason the styrofoam is falling apart either. It was dry and crumbly like styrofoam gets with use and age. At first I wanted to send it back but I washed it off and scrubbed the topper (it still has some rough spots I cant fix) but no matter how much I shake it I cant get any more to come out. I had it shipped overnight so I assume it went on an airplane and that the air pressure might have expanded the topper enough to leak a little. But since it isn't now, we are keeping it and enjoying it. Nothings perfect but it's close!

This lamp is really cute when it’s working! It eats up batteries. Maybe I have cheap batteries but I had this lamp for 2 weeks and had to replace the batteries 3 times!!!! That’s ridiculous! Other than that we like it.

We purchased this lamp for our 3 year old as a bribe to sleep in her own bed. It certainly worked. She's obsessed with Trolls, the glitter is gorgeous, its plastic rather than glass so I feel good with it on her nightstand, and it is bright enough to fill her room throughout the night. Beautiful!However, I didn't realize it was battery operated when purchasing. It takes 3 AA batteries, and by keeping it on from 8PM to 6AM (off entirely during the day), it is completely dead after 3 nights. Dead as a door nail. We changed the batteries out every 3 days until we were wiped clean of batteries, and have now purchased a night light that uses electricity.Love the lamp! Just be warned - it isn't meant to be left on all night long.

The lamp is the perfect brightness and it makes the room kinda glow/sparkle with the effects so it is really cool. However…. The lamp gets soooo hot and with the lamp made of glass I’m afraid of leaving in on in case it gets so hot it explodes or something. I wish it didn’t get so hot.

The metal pieces that have Minnie Mouse print on them are cheaply made & the whole thing is 3 pieces, I was hoping it was a solid piece. The inside appears to have glitter and bow confetti in the pictures but it’s just bow confetti and HARDLY moves at all. The lighting is more orange and flame looking than pink. I guess it was worth the price but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Overall it looked great, the only issue with it was when it came it the bulb was broken but you can buy one for 4-5 dollars so no big deal I know my son is going to love it.

Haven’t used it since I bought it cause I needed a bulb . The bulb it came with didn’t work
