Useful addition
The user instructions are clear. However, I was unable to work the device as intended and for this reason I returned my purchase to Amazon for a refund.

It worked for me.
I have had vertigo for about a month. Vertigo is a very unpleasant and disabling condition. I had nausea and head spinning looking up or laying down. I had the condition evaluated in hospital and stroke etc had been ruled out. I was on a waiting list to see a consultant but I was told it could be a long wait. I started to do manoeuvres that I watched on Youtube including the Epley Manoeuvre. I found out from watching Bob & Brad the physiotherapists that you have to be able to bend the neck back 45% to perform the Epley Manoeuvre. If you Can't there is a high chance this procedure won't work. I was a bit reluctant to pay out the best part of £60 for the device and I was in some doubt as to it working. I am so glad I did as I had to bend my head back much further than I had been doing and move in a more definite pattern and speed. I would not have known this and I was astonished to find I am completely cured in one session. I can look up look down and turn with absolutely no dizziness now. ON the leaflet on the device it stated that the vertigo could return within a year or two. I will keep this device safe incase I need it again. It worked for me and I am so grateful. If you have limited neck movement or are frail it might be advisable to seek out professional help if you are lucky enough to be able afford it and can find it. I have written this review to just say how it has worked with me but I have tried to give what I think could be limitations for certain people. These are my own views and I am certainly not medically qualified and I hope they may be of some benefit to someone as I feel very sorry for any one with vertigo. Unless you've suffered with it you don't know how very unpleasant a condition it is. I repeat again am so grateful and I love this weird looking device.

Works a treat
Bought this as my wife began to experience Positional Vertigo from which I had suffered for a long time and been treating myself by the technique which is formalized in the Dizzy-fix system. You may ask why I did not simply instruct my wife in the system without the need for Dizzy-fix: very true I could have, but I had struggled to learn it from clips on the Computer and reckoned it would be better if she could learn from the Dizzy-fix rather than from me. I was right: she did: after studying it for some time she had a go with me watching: it worked first time and she hasn't had BPV since then (about 2 months). She is hanging on to it just in case!

It works
I have never left a review for anything before but felt I had to with this. I bought it after reading other reviews stating that the product did work. I have suffered with BPPV for over 2 years and have not been able to get any relief or cure with any of the exercises suggested, including the Epley manoeuvre. I bought Dizzyfix last week and used it the same day it arrived. It was really easy to use and as other reviews have mentioned it is surprising how far back your head needs to be. It does make you dizzy whilst using but the instructions say that is to be expected. I was a bit dubious when I went to bed that night but for the first time in 2 years there was no dizziness or room spinning at all and fingers crossed 5 days later it is still the same. I will keep in a safe place just in case it is required in the future but at the moment I cannot recommend this enough.

If it looks stupid but it works, it's not stupid.
Having watched the Epley manoeuvre on YouTube, I thought I was doing it right but it didn't seem to be working.Somewhat in desperation, I bought this device which isn't cheap but might do the job.In fact, it turns out you need to put your head waaaay further back than it looks, according to this device. And sure enough, doing it every day, it seems to be working and sorting out those pesky ear-crystals. It guides you to the exact right place to move to in each stage, so you can't really get it wrong. You can wear your glasses at the same time. I have a big head(!) and it fits fine.Yes, you wouldn't want to be seen in public wearing it. But that's not really the point is it.

I tried
It is easy to use, but unfortunately it did not work for me.
