I tried the regular girl starter kit first. It tasted bad but worked wonders. That packaging is colored pink. This orange colored bag doesn’t have as much of a taste. It’s supposed to the same, but this does not feel the same. While I still feel benefits, I am waking up with headaches after using these. I didn’t have this problem with the pink colored packaging, which is only colored that way to distinguish it as trial size or travel ready.

After trying many other products from drugstore shelves, I came across this product. I highly recommend it to everyone I know. It's nothing like the other products sold that everyone knows about. This is like a great secret for digestive health. It cures constipation and keeps you regular. It has absolutely no taste at all. One scoop a day is all you need. It can go in hot or cold drinks. However, you cannot have ice cubes in the drink or it will clump and you cannot use a carbonated drink or it will clump. There is absolutely no taste. It seems expensive at $30 a bag but honestly it lasts an entire month and it's really life-changing. If you're on the fence about trying it go for it. This is the best product I have found. I cannot recommend it highly enough! Kudos to the women who founded the company and designed this product.

This seems to work well for me, recommended for my IBS. So, the product is good, but it is annoying that the larger supply comes in an oversized plastic container. Very bad packaging! So I pay extra for the 30 day supply, which annoys me.

I have purchased many products looking for improvement with my digestion issues and unfortunately not much helped. I decided to try Regular Girl after reading so many positive consumer reviews and to my surprise after about two weeks I experienced much improvement.
