ON & OFF SWITCH EXTREMELY HARD TO MOVE
I had the same thermostat in my trailer, it was so hard to turn on, the lever broke, cutting my thumb. I ordered the new one and apparently this company has NO quality control! the same problem, but I checked before I installed it. the on/off switch has 2 screws, one for wire, and one just screws into the plastic, I loosened the one that screws into the plastic and it seems to have eased the difficulty in the switch. But it would be NICE if they could make a product that worked without having to be modified. it's obvious they are not too good at making these, or the switch would work properly!
