I ordered this shaver not knowing if it would be any good, I was so surprised. I used each of the attachments and was really impressed how well it worked. At first I had a question about the nose attachment being in two parts, thinking it might have been broke, I contacted the company and they got right back to me really quick and was really helpful with my question. For those who order this shaver,1) You won’t be disappointed, it works better than any shaver I’ve ever used.2) The nose attachment is NOT BROKE, it’s suppose to be in two parts to make cleaning easy.3) The company is very reputable & user friendly, should you have any concerns. They stand by their product, (now a days that’s such a gift)

Good advertising, good hype, not so good results. Cheaply made. One of the main pieces broke the first day I tried it.

It works very well for the price. Used it for upper lip, nose, and eyebrows. Only complaint is that it comes with a usb cord to charge, but no port to plug into the wall. Thankfully, we have some from other devices, so it wasn’t much of an issue.

I wanted to love this. I really did! After I first used it (mostly for facial hair), I was so impressed that it got all the light wispy cheek hair so smoothly off, as well as my mustache and "ahem" chin hair. Some of my chin hairs are coarse and dark, and it got those with no problem. It didn't hurt a bit! I was amazed. When I was using the epilator on the area under my eyebrow, I felt a strong (pinch? not sure how to describe it) at one point, but it otherwise cleaned up the area nicely. I was so impressed with the ease of use, I even used it on my arms.Now that it has been a few days, the hair is coming back....a bit stubbly. Which indicates to me that it simply sheared the hair at the surface, not pulled it from the root as advertised. In hindsight, I think the only hair it grabbed from the root was the one hair under my eyebrow. Very disappointing - had I known this was what was going to happen, I would not have done my arms or chin, for sure! I have inspected the device and can't quite figure out how it is shearing the hair so close to the skin, but that is the only answer that makes sense.I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the nose hair trimmer works great .

I don’t think I realized how great this little gadget was until I accidentally left it home when I went on vacation. I ran into a pharmacy and grabbed the name brand one, which I paid more for, and it was no where near as good as this one. This shaver feels way better quality and shaves much better. I also like that it is rechargeable. The flawless one takes batteries. When I used the other one I had to use it daily. With this one I can go a day sometimes even two between uses. The other shaver also missed way more hairs, so frustrating.My only complaint is the little piece that makes the nose hair trimmer work can fall out when it isn’t attached so of course I lost it.

I purchased my first one this spring and it worked right out of the box. It is easy to use and works well at removing your hair. However, when it needed a charge a couple of weeks later, it would not work, no matter how long it was charged. I requested a replacement, and the one was doing well. I charged it after a couple of months and had no problems. I just charged it for the second time, and it is completely non-functional again. I am not sure what the problem is with this product, but I would not recommend it, as you will likely only get a small amount of use out of it before it stops working.

One charge has lasted a year. I dont use it very often or for very long, but I havent had to charge it since the first charge and it gets the job done.

This is an updated review.I have been using the product for about 8 months now.At first I was using it all the time and I loved it.Then one of the prongs on the nose trimmer part snapped..But I was still able to use it.Later the trimmer started to pull and get a bit painful... But I still used it.Then the battery would not last very long... So I stopped using it as much because it basically had to be plugged in all the time.For about 5 months I also had to tap it to get it going... Like bang it against my palm and then the blades would start spinning.Once I did that it worked good. But today... No more charge. No more nothing. Anyway it seemed like it wasn't shaving as well anyway...It was really good at first. But just died a long and slow death.That being said it was really cheap.I just hate that now I have wasted all this plastic... 😔
