I used to think it didn’t matter that much what type of vinegar you used but if you’re looking for a premium, high quality, extremely tasty vinegar this is the brand for you. It also comes in different flavors and they also sell olive oil.

Delightful salad dressing

Not as strong or overpowering a regular vinegar, better tasting than store bought red wine vinegar's which have a flavor profile of their own. Makes a delicate subtle quick pickle or dressing.

Saw this vinegar winning the white wine vinegar taste test on TV, America's Test Kitchen maybe ? It has excellent flavor but I (a retired chef) would not buy again at this price. I could replicate the end results in a salad dressing by adding a little water and sugar. Using it straight or in combination with oil, that's a different story. This vinegar is great for that.

I didn't think vinegar could taste so good. I made a citrus and greens salad with a dressing that called for this type of vinegar. The salad with the dressing received rave reviews after dinner from many guests. I think this would be good as a substitute for rice vinegar in many recipes.

I bought this after stumbling upon a video of Cameron Diaz making a salad that looked delicious. I’m going back to eating healthy and needed some new salad ideas. Did some research on champagne vinegars and this seemed like a good option. Just received this and I can attest this is so good you don’t even need to make a proper salad dressing if you don’t feel like. I did a mix of arugula, capers, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and pour a little of this vinegar on top - it was fantastic and super low calories count. To all these people complaining about the bottle and the cork… not really that fair. Ask for a replacement and enjoy the taste. While this product could be a little cheaper, it is making me crave for more salad! Highly recommended.

Such a clean and balanced flavor. I make a salad with vinegar, lime juice and olive oil dressing. I sprinkle some smoked paprika on a tortilla and bake it until it's crispy and break it up on top. Add some avocado and dressing, season with salt and pepper. So good!
