Product is not bad it's okay, hindware services pathetic. I got some problem in motor. I registered a complaint on 11th May 2026, service time was 24-72hrs, but still waiting for solution. They don't have motor to replace. I just want to request to who's taking care all the things. Please don't spoil the name of company,

Very light in waight, complicated installation, duck pipe very poor in quality infact it is the foil paper only. Can go with this product for only the name and fame and also may thanks to Amazon for providing the product at very cheap price

I received product on time. Installation was done on the next day. The duct pipe which was supplied by the company was very ordinary and it was not useful for installation. I have brought another pipe. The sound of the chimney is very loud
