Great little piece
Box and item damaged in transit. Great Customer service from seller who couldn’t do enough and replaced item. This is a lovely piece and looks great in my collection.

I collect Jim Shore Heartwood Creek ornaments and have been wanting this one for a couple of years now, I finally managed to get it and it's just as lovely as expected. The only downside is you have to put the strings on the reindeer, it's very fiddly and takes a bit of time. Apart from that it's really gorgeous, much better than the pictures. I saw someone else who left a bad review saying that it was the miniature version, but there is no large version and the size is clearly stated. If you like Jim Shore you'll love it!
