Handrail Rope, Cordoning Rope, Handrail Rope 40 mm Colour: Grey

I got my order wrong for this and Gerhard the owner contacted me and sorted it out. His customer care was excellent. I bought the rope and fittings for my cottage stairs. The fittings are top quality and look excellent. Delivery was very fast and packaging was very good. I would recommend this supplier to anyone.

Great quality rope, came quickly. Unfortunately i didnt measure and its too small for what i needed it so I've gotta order some more 😆

Perfect stair rail

We are just installing this stair rope and fittings into our home as I type - and we are so impressed I had to review it immediately! Gerhard Popp (owner of Gepotex) was so easy to deal with, and everything arrived ahead of time from Germany and was beautifully packaged.The rope itself is thick and luxurious - and the colour grey is both practical and looks fabulous (I had a surprisingly hard time sourcing the colour grey!) The fittings we chose (also from Gepotex )are brass matt and they are lovely and subtle - nothing too flashy or bright.All in all we are extremely happy with the product and can't fault it or the service - would give it more stars if allowed!
