Excellent support from company via phone and email. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent long-lasting pump but has a design flaw *by G***Y on February 14, 2025* This has been an excellent pump; easily out lasting other cast iron and plastic/ fiberglass pumps I have owned in the past. My water is extremely hard with lots of calcium, and this pump is nearing 5 years old now. I have never gotten more than 3 years out of any other brand of pump. This pump does have one problem I wish the manufacturer would correct. If you need to mount this pump next to a wall as I have done in the picture, and you need to move the pressure switch to the opposite side of the motor, it can be done but it is very difficult, requiring the motor to be disassembled and modified.
