Upon getting this out of the box the hat was in fact bent all up but i was able to steam it and reshape it with my iron on a cotton setting and letting it steam for a few seconds until wet and then reshape it and it came out great. I had to iron the suit, red waist band and tie and it turned out so great. I am so excited it came together. As for the pants they are long and youll need to pull them up above your normal waist line and for the shirt yes it is short as mentioned in other reviews HOWEVER if you pull the pants up as i said then it comes together great just wear a white under shirt under the white shirt!!!!! Upon getting this out of the box the hat was in fact bent all up but i was able to steam it and reshape it with my iron on a cotton setting and letting it steam for a few seconds until wet and then reshape it and it came out great.
