Switch to sucralose *by A***A on 20 January 2015* Any diabetic/calorie conscious person should reconsider their current sweetners based on Aspartame such as Sugarfree or Equal and move to either Sugarfree Natural or Splenda ( both based on Sucralose ). Even though Sucralose also has side effects, the reported cases are lower than Aspartame. Sucralose also doesn't have the bitter after taste of aspartame Aspartame has been linked to multiple side effects, even though research is inconclusive, and is best avoided. Splenda is the most famous artificial sweetner brand in the world.
