Nice product for the price, but size up.
I am 5' 8" and usually wear a (US) size 8. A size large worked great for me. Got this for a Britney costume and am very happy with it. One thing to be aware of, is that the skirt is made to sit very high on the waist.

Great deal for a costume
Decently made and launders well. Skirt is meant to be worn high on the waist - not down on the hips - which might be the reason for all the “too small” reviews. Great deal for a costume.
