DELIVERY FEEDBACK Delivery in Gurgaon, Haryana Region is bad the product had scratches and dents even after cardboard box and thermacol protection inside, which tells you how roughly it was handled by the the delivery company that Amazon employed. This is critical since, the metal fins could have broken and oil leaked, which would have completely ruined the appliance since repairs are mostly unsuccesful in these product types. I expect better handling from Amazon, but the prices were really good online, so i didnt purchase offline, where the product couldnt have been damaged by mishandling. PRODUCT RATING Otherwise Product is 10/10 people complaining about OFRs taking long time, really don't know how they work. Oil needs time to heat up, but once it does it keeps room at a comfortable temperature, even if you switch it off it keeps the room heated up for a good amount. My room area is 14ftx11ft. Its only second best to heating+cooling ACs. This is specially useful for Delhi NCR winters for your elderly parents to fight the chilly cold, also these are not app connected with full analog controls, which is again useful for elderly people who might prefer physical analog buttons and regulators over smartphone digital controls. ELECTRICITY USAGE Also people who are complaining about electricity, should know that the other element heaters arent that great also with 1200-1800watt usage, this appliance can be set to consume 400w (just PTC), 1000w (Switch1), 1500w(switch2) and all combinations eg-400, 1000, 1500, 1000+400, 1500+400, 1000+1500, 1000+1500+400 (maximum) Anyways this is only limited use appliance 2-3 months winters, so the electricity costs isnt that much. HEATING TIME & SAFETY Then there are people complaining about heating speed comparing it with element heaters, again its different technology, OFR by design will take 30 mins to heat up which is slower than element heaters, but an element heater just heats nearby surrounding and it wont heat the entire room, so you have to keep always in front of you, which causes headache, dry lips, nausea, and cant keep close during sleep. OFR dont have this problem, you keep this in one corner of the room, and it can comfortably run for hours, causing no discomfort and maintaining a stable room temperature for long durations. this is great for babies, children and elders where you wouldnt want to expose them to dangerous hot exposed elements and hot steel mesh of element heaters. OFRs are also surprisingly never too hot to touch, even if you directly touch the radiator at 2900W, its just warm and will definitely not cause a burn damage, so safety wise its really good, again especially for little children. EASIER REPAIRS & WARRANTY Element heaters break down often, requiring frequent replacements, and eventually in 4 years you would have paid the same price in purchase+repairs of these compared to the price of OFR. I purchased an economical Rs 545 Onsitego 2 year extended warranty for any major repairs, breakdowns and replacements for worry free ownership of device. BUILD QUALITY The product build quality is actually best in class, with almost 18kg of product weight. Bajaj has actually use heavy and high quality metal fins. Note that metal fins are one of the critical components of a good OFR heater, since light metal fins would not be that great conductor of heat. eg of a bad quality material is Havells, who are charging 13-14k for their 13 fin version and the product weight is just 11kgs, where as Bajaj is 18kg at less than Rs 8k. Definitely dont choose Havells, since they are overcharging for a lighter product, most probably adding all the marketing expense of ads and expensive actors/ambassadors to the product cost and cheaping out on the materials. LOOKS & DESIGN The product listing photos show a blue colored body which was not looking that great, but the color is actually black, and in real life looks better than the pictures tell you. the black and golden color combination actually looks really beautiful to look at and definitely looks premium and aesthetic in the room. (Check photos) PRICES & DISCOUNT Look out for Amazon sales discount, where you can combine Credit card discount and Amazon pay coupons along with sales prices, to get this at a discount like I did for Rs 7790.

I am writing to formally escalate an issue regarding a room heater I purchased from Amazon. I paid a significant amount for this product Bajaj Majesty RH 13F, but unfortunately, it is not heating properly since day 1 and is clearly defective. Despite multiple attempts, no service technician has contacted me or inspected the product. Additionally, I am unable to initiate a return or replacement as the return option is disabled on the order, which is extremely disappointing. As a customer, I trusted Amazon’s platform and product quality. However, this experience has caused serious inconvenience and frustration. A non-functional product, lack of service support, and no return option is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved promptly with either a full refund or a replacement, I will be forced to escalate the matter further by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Court. This product is exceptional! It provides amazing heating with minimal noise. The power consumption is reasonable and adapts to usage. What's impressive is that it doesn't need to run continuously - just 2 hours in the evening is enough to keep the room warm throughout the night. The only drawbacks are its slightly heavy design and the space it occupies. However, these minor trade-offs are well worth it for the product's outstanding performance.

This is my third bajaj OFHR in 2 years. I got the first as a gift, 2nd I bought for my son and 3rd I gifted to my nephew. Other than this I have purchased 15 pieces of the same model in my office. It is only because of this that my 89 year old father has stayed comfortable in the last two chilly winter years. Very effective, noise free, trouble free. The 3 piece that I bought recently was delivered broken in transit. I reported it to seller on Amazon and within 3rd day I got a new piece delivered. That is the type of service I got. So I would say THANK YOU BAJAJ and THANK YOU AMAZON FOR GIVING INDIA THIS PLATFORM. Thanks.

Evenly cools the space. Sometimes a bit noisy( a rattling sound) but worked fine for 150sft bedroom approx in peak winters

Excellent product....used this winter season... comfortable in harsh Punjab winter too...
