Works and looks good
I got this window tent a few years ago. Three to be exact. It is on our front storm door. It looks really good. You canāt really see in during the day, and it still allows plenty of light in. It was very easy to apply. The pictures are from the inside looking out and the outside during the day. Make sure you squeegee it completely, so it looks good. I am ordering another roll now to put on another window on the back of the house, it helps block heat from the sun! Definitely get this if you are on the fence.

Product works
The frosted product works. YouTube videos taught me how to install & itās very easy. The applications kit was inexpensive also available on Amazon. Itās been few months & the frost still looks good while still providing privacy. Highly recommended.

Room cooling film!
The primary benefit of mirror film is the increased privacy it offers. During daylight, the reflective surface ensures that people outside cannot see in, while you can still enjoy the view from inside. Itās perfect for cooling rooms that get a lot of sun.The film effectively reduces the amount of heat entering through the windows by reflecting a significant portion of sunlight. This can lead to a cooler indoor environment and reduced air conditioning costs, making it both comfortable and energy-efficient. The mirror film blocks harmful UV rays, protecting your skin and preventing furniture, flooring, and artwork from fading. This prolongs the life of your interior furnishings. The sleek, modern look of mirror film can enhance the exterior appearance of your home or office building. It provides a polished, uniform look to the windows. The film actually made our windows look slightly blacked out which I thought was pretty cool.By reflecting sunlight, the film helps reduce glare inside the room, making it easier to watch TV, work on a computer, or read without straining your eyes. It has helped tremendously with the glare on the tv from the window. This alone is worth it.The installation is easy enough, but not very forgiving. If you make a mistake and the film folds and you are stuck with the crease. This is the one think I wish was better. The mirror effect reverses at night when lights are on inside, potentially compromising privacy. Additional window coverings may be needed for complete nighttime privacy. This is normally what most people dislike about the film. I, however, don't mind it at all because I still use blinds and curtains for additional privacy.Hope this helps!! I will post a photo and update soon!

WORKED PERFECTLY
The media could not be loaded. Ā I live in a townhouse and people walk by my windows all the time and look in. I hate it but love the daylight. I installed these covers by myself and it was very easy. Measuring and cutting is the hardest part. As you can see these do not block any sunlight yet no one can see inside anymore. I was really worried they would be too sheer based on a couple reviews but itās not true. If you put your face up to the glass you can see a blurry person of course but my privacy is well protected. I feel very safe changing in front of them. You lay them out flat on a hard surface, measure your window glass and I suggest making them about 1/4ā bigger than the glass then after it dries just use the exacto blade to trim it off otherwise you get side edges of clear glass. My first attempt was like this so I had to redo it. You spray the glass with water then put the film on the wet glass after you peel off the clear plastic backing. Itās not sticky like tape at all so it doesnāt get stuck or attached to itself at all. the water will make it get sticky after you put it on the window. You can move it around while itās wet so itās very forgiving and easy to do by yourself. Take extra care to cut straight lines and your good! Oh and get a hard edge or squeegee thing to smooth out the bubbles. It dries overnight and becomes unmovable when dry. It claims you can peel it off later but I havenāt tried that yet so I canāt verify if this is true. Iām renting right now so Iām praying itās removable in real life. I really recommend this. I went to Home Depot but the one they had at mine was way too sheer so I took a chance on this one. So glad I did!

It's ok but not as good as the adhesive version
This cling version sux to work with. I gave up on trying to get out the bubbles after I made numerous scratches trying to get the film down smooth. It's not pretty but fits what I needed it to do. Less heat and the sun light is diluted. Due to the mirror effect on the outside you can't see out at night. Not a deal breaker for me but was something I wondered about.

Great solar window film
I got this roll of window film to reduce the heat coming in my west-facing windows beginning in the afternoon until dark. Iām very pleased with the results. The first pane took me a while to measure, cut, and install the film, but having done one, install on the other three went quickly. Hereās a hint - donāt be afraid to spray lots of soapy water on the glass and on the film - it makes it much easier to slide the edges of the cut piece into position, and then once youāve got it where you want it, hold it with one hand and squeegee the soapy water out and itās stuck on the glass.Check out the difference in intensity of light coming inside in my side by side, before and after, photo. This is a great product and I hope to even see some reduction in my electric bill during summer air conditioning season.I would buy this again. I also wish Iād installed this on the windows of my toy-hauler camper trailer. Even though the blinds were down the sun rotted the top fabric on the seat cushions.

It was easy.
This is good film, it's nice and thick so it's easy to work with. When I got it it was very, very curled up and I thought that would make it difficult to work with so I put it under a rug with weight on it but it helped little so I just went ahead with the job. Here's the thing, once you remove the backing film the curl goes away and it becomes easy to handle. I'm good with layout so I cut it to size, about an 1/8" short on all sides. Like I said it's thick and I little hard to cut so if you do it the way the instructions say and cut big and trim it once it's up have a very sharp blade in your utility knife. All and all I'm happy with it and if I decide to get more this is the brand I will get.
