Havier than advertised
Mine weighs 299g for size L 19g more than claimed also it's very uncomfortable. I tried slr superflow that had less padding and was better than this. The TI rails looks somehow ugly. It's going back

Comfort and quality
Excellent cycle seat . I have a 12cm sitbone measurement and this saddle suits me perfectly. Comfortable enough for my one and a half hour ride without the need for padded cycling shorts . A well made piece of kit .

Comfy yet robust saddle
This is probably my fourth Selle Italia saddle and probably the one I'm going to end up liking the most. It's not particularly lightweight but it feels incredibly comfy in a supportive way, and the cutout will help to relieve nerve pressure / numbness. I also like the fact that the surface area is matt and therefore not slippery to the point where you feel you're constantly having to readjusting. Saddles are really personal but all in all, I'm very happy with this one. Looks great on the bike too.

Had a planet x saddle that was softer, despite the gel this one is more firm than I expected. Feels powerful at speed but wouldn't like to use without padded shorts for any longer rides.

Well constructed.
More comfortable than a standard design seat, but not a soft seat either. I felt no pain or numbness from the first ride. I think long rides will be easier from now on.

Hochwertiger Sattel auch fürs MTB
Der Selle Italia Max SLR Gel Superflow dient als Ersatz für meinen alten Selle Italia nt1, mit dem ich seit vielen Jahren tadellos auf Hobby-Niveau unterwegs gewesen bin. Der neue weist offensichtlich ebenfalls eine solide Verarbeitungs- bzw. Materialqualität auf und hat auf den ersten beiden Ausfahrten im Jahr 2026 (Verwendung am MTB) einen guten Eindruck - nämlich keine schmerzhaften Druckstellen - gemacht. Wenngleich man anfügen muss, dass der Sattel schon auf der härteren Seite angesiedelt ist. Bis dato also eine Empflehlung!

Great saddle, but got a used one.
The saddle is nice and fits me well. But when I received it, it showed clear signs of usage (original packaging broken, scratches on the rails since it was obviously already installed, even dirt on the bottom side from a ride of the former owner).For the full price I expect a new item, if I want a used saddle I can get it cheaper on Ebay or Buycycle.
