Nice product but somehow after taking the pills for 1 month my periods got delayed for 20 days..... Don't know the reason.... It seems to be related.

Not for Sensitive Stomachs!
Final Edit: My stomach flare-up after having this probiotic lasted exactly from 17 November to 12 January. The worst experience ever. Please consult a doc before buying. Edit: it is now 2 weeks of bad stomach and LS. I want a refund! They should be sued for destroying people's health. I can't believe how much money I invested in buying this after being recommended by ChatGPT and by reading other reviews on Amazon. I only had 2 capsules over 2 days and it has been over a week of really really bad stomach upset. I don't want to go into the details but if you are normal or have sensitive stomachs, please please ask a Doctor first. I invested way too much money in this and now I cannot use it. I wish to get back to normal soon.

I know alot of women have been struggling to find a solution for their BV, and bloating struggles. Well, atleast I have. I finally found the solution. This has made my dream come true. This is very nice product I took it for the first few days but then my sleepying became much better, my mental health became much better and gut is more comfortable Take it evening as it will make you sleepy and relaxed Go buy it if you feel your self over reacting to the situations or your sleeping is not ok or you just completed antibiotic
