Why is it more expensive than other fish sauces?

Our fish sauce is more expensive because it’s the highest quality. We don’t dilute it with water, use extracts or flavorings, or add sugar. It’s 100% pure flavor, developed slowly over a year using a traditional fermentation process.

What does 40°N actually mean?

°N is an industry standard used to measure the amount of nitrogen, an indicator of fish sauce quality. We have double to triple the amount of protein compared to our competitors. More protein means more umami flavor!

How should I use fish sauce if I’m new to it?

An easy shortcut from our chef friends is to replace the salt in a recipe with fish sauce. Adding a teaspoon to stir fries, sauces, soups, curries, and marinades adds extra umami! We share a lot of recipes in our newsletter and social media, too.
