the little book of smart: New Edition!

I own a Smart Fortwo so this was the perfect book to learn about on of my favorite cars I have ever owned. I have owned exactly 75 different cars during my 50 years of owning cars for me, my wife and daughter and this is one of my favorites. I have read the book and was extremely impressed. Great car and great book. THEY ARE A LOT SAFER than most consider.

Such a wonderful little book. Very informative.

I'm sure Veloce publishing thought it would be cute to publish a book about a small car that was 5.5" square, but it sure makes it hard to read. It's crammed with great photos and gives a pretty good overview of the Smart car history, mostly prior to it's American debut. Many of the models (like the roadster) depicted never made it to the USA. Reviewing this book in 2020 just as Mercedes has sold the brand to China, its too bad we don't have a more objective and recently written book explaining the rise and fall of the Smart car. But the rocky beginnings and glory years are pretty well laid out in this tiny book.

This book came quickly and tells the history of my Smart car. It is the baby book for my baby. Thank you. Fascinating reading. Hope this car catches on in the USA like it did in Europe!

Got this for a Christmas present for a friend, that is waiting for his SMART car to arrive. He said he liked the photos,but that the book had a defect and some of the pages were smudged. Kind of sad, but it did help him with his SMART fix for a while. Having a MINI i know exactly what waiting on a car can do to you!
