So if you are after food without pork then go for anything that states Hallal (products, restaurant, etc..) **Q: Does this product give you that awful "fishy-taste/burbs" after consuming it?** A: Avoid the fish burps by freezing them. By the time they thaw, they have already passed the point in your GI system, that would cause fish burps. I have implemented this with my teenager. Those fats were already there from the salmon, sure 12mg of oregano and rosemary might have increased the oil content maybe by 1-2mg at max but from what I know, omega 3 only supplement go through more process since other fats need to be removed.
