I was just a little skeptical about this purchase. There were no previous reviews, and the company seemed a little "new age" (there's actually a "Zen" setting on the hand control unit). But I really needed a new massager, and this one had most of the bells and whistles I wanted, so I took a chance and ordered it. Good move, I can now say. This is a very comfortable, quiet, well-put-together massager. Highly recommended and well deserving of five stars.UPDATE: This unit broke after about two weeks light use. Okay, so things break. The issue is whether or not the seller will respond quickly and fix the problem. Over the last ten days I've sent two notes to Make Lemonade and have received only computer responses (saying that they'll react quickly. Ha!) I'll wait a little bit before I change my five-star rating. But only a little bit.UPDATE 2: Okay, my third email was the charm. It was answered by Daniel in Customer Service, who said he never got the first two emails. Other than the missed emails, everything has worked out fine. Daniel sent me a prepaid mailing label to return the broken product, and I received a new massager via FedEx today. I'm satisfied and sticking with the 5-star rating.

I love this massage chair. I've had it for over a month and use it regularly, multiple times a day. It's so so helpful. It's versatile. I can use it on my chair or while sitting on the bed (it leans again the wall). It works better on my dining chair than on the couch for some reason, but overall it's great. It really helped with the upper back pain that developed as a result of pregnancy. I'm a tall person and it goes the full length of my back.

I purchased this chair for work. The packaging was beautiful and the unboxing experience was very pleasant. The product was almost ready to use and involved a few simple steps before it was ready to use. I was excited for the heating portion since I am always cold. Unfortunately the heating can only be used when the massager or vibration is on. It can't just be used as a heated seat. The shiatsu massage works great, the vibration not so much. The vibration is mostly noise. For any real use, the vibration has to be set on the highest setting. The downfall to this in my opinion is that it makes more noise. The chair that I placed this on doesn't leave a lot of extra space for the bottom portion. I have to place a pillow behind it in order for proper contact. All-in-all, if this product doesn't break with usage, it's a decent buy.

This little massage chair really packs a punch! My girlfriend and I absolutely love it. My girlfriend especially since she frequently suffers from back pain from cramps. Additionally it is a great little thing to help keep us motivated at work; we often turn it on while we are working on school work or our planners.It attaches to most chairs and makes many of them much more comfortable in the process. The heating function is the real MVP here. It gets warm enough that it really helps comfort the sore muscles we have at the end of the day.All in all, we have no complaints.

I purchased a cheaper massager and tried it out. But it was too harsh. I purchased this one from Make Lemonade and I am using it as we speak. It is really nice . It is a much more high quality product than the other one. The difference is that this one doesn’t beat you up like the other one did. It’s a firm shiatsu massage but it won’t bruise your back like some of the other ones. It’s really nice and I highly recommend it! And this is the first time I’ve ever done a review for a product.

We've had 2 so far and both of them started malfunctioning after a few months. I heard a loud click today when I was sitting in the chair and then it stopped working. Same thing happened with the one we had purchased previously. So sad it breaks so quickly as it did a good job at relieving pain.

It is very user-friendly, has plenty of options so I can do different massages for different types of pains I have. I have it strapped to my desk chair which can be uncomfortable at times it is not in use but I do not want to have to take it on and off. So I lift the bottom part up so that it covers the massage balls in the chair and it feels just fine. I highly recommend this massage chair!
