I absolutely love this waist trainer! The material is comfortable, breathable, and feels very high quality. It provides great support, fits perfectly, and helps create a smooth shape under my clothes. It’s easy to wear for long periods and holds up very well with regular use. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and effective waist trainer.

This is a bit small to size, but it does its job. It has good tummy control with not a lot of restriction. I recommend this product to all my plus size girls. Good material and feels very smooth to touch . It did no retraining any sweat odor. Had hard time to put on alone but once i had help it was all fine .

This product has good quality, the material is thick and sturdy with a strong zipper, tree compression is perfect and it doesn't roll up. I didn't give 5 stars because it kind of hurts my armpits after a while, otherwise I could wear it all day. It feels really nice and snug.

On a whim I decided to purchase this product, with hope that it would do as intended, train my waist... I was moderately excited when I opened the package only to be disappointed that it appeared I probably ordered the wrong size. It looked tiny and I am not. I decided to try it anyway, after all I did measure myself and purchased the XL based on those measurements.... and surprise, there is just enough stretch in it for me to attach the hooks and zip it up and boy was I pleased! Not only does it have sexy lace adjustable straps and hold my flabby gut in, but I had to also put a belt on when I pulled my jeans up. I've been working on losing weight and bought a size smaller pants and when wearing this corset I also have to wear a belt with the smaller pant size! That's not even the best part. The corset works to lift my breasts and flatten my stomach so I look and feel more feminine and prevents muffin top which is amazing and one of my biggest pet peeves with women's jeans. I'm a nurse and recently bought new scrubs. I wear 38DDD bra and have to buy XL tops to fit them. Now because of this corset, my waist looks so small in my scrub tops that they look sloppy and I'm happily paying my sister to take them in from the waist down. And I love the feel of the material against my skin. I'm actually looking forward to shopping for clothes for the first time in a long time. That's not even the best part. After working 8 years in long term care as a nurse my back is not in the best of shape. I often go to the chiropractor to have my spine adjusted to reduce the pain. I wore this corset to work. Not only was it comfortable, but the back support is the absolute best part. I expected to want to tear this off as soon as I got off work. I didn't. I wore it until I got ready for bed and I had no back pain the whole day.

The waist trainer itself is pretty comfortable. the rolling up on the bottom is kinda annoying. i also bought an xs (5’7 127lbs for reference) and it felt more like a medium. I have a size small waist trainer from another brand which is a size small and it fits much better than the xs, using them both does the job however i just wish this would’ve been a bit tighter. other than that its nice, i like the material, its breathable, it gives your girls a lil lift if you have dippin dots and not horchata cannons but yeah. the straps are also comfortable and adjustable with a going cute design on them.

Love this trainer so much that I purchased it again in a smaller size, now! Great fit and doesn't roll up. Get you one! Durable and fit gives nice back support. I haven't experienced any skin irritation at all.

The first thing I have to say is that shipping was extremely fast which was amazing. I got my product within 2 days of purchasing (this was with free shipping) For the negative reviews saying that it bunches up or stretches out, not to call you stupid but you just didn't get the right size. ANY waist trainer you get that is either too small or too big will bunch up. And ANY waist trainer you get that's too small for your body will stretch out because your body is simply too big for the fabric and stretches it out. Anyone debating buying this but hesitating over those negative reviews honestly just ignore them, those people obviously don't know how a waist trainer works. Sizing: My waist trainer came exactly the size I purchased it so I can't speak towards it being a size too big/size too small which some people left reviews saying. Reasons I rated support 4/5 stars: The support for the waist section overall is good. I wish that the fabric was thicker so that there was more support, but also the thinness is also a good thing because its thin enough to wear under clothing without it being obvious you are wearing a waist trainer. My main dislike with the support is the back support. It really does not help enough with back pain as much as I wish it would. I talk about this more below in the pain relief section. Reasons I rated comfort 5/5 stars: This waist trainer is extremely comfortable compared to the other waist trainer I have been using for awhile. It's comfortable enough that I would definitely be able to wear it for long periods throughout the day, probably even sleeping. Reasons I rated pain relief 3/5 stars: One of the main reasons that I chose this waist trainer vs other brands was because the one that I bought (version with the shoulder straps) was marketed as having metal boning along the back which corrects posture and relives back pain. Not sure if mine is defective because I did see some other reviews that said it helped them a lot, but mine does not help with my posture at all and does little to help my back pain. Overall, I would recommend this waist trainer if you are looking for a medium support, good compression, waist trainer that you are able to wear under your clothing. Although, if you are looking for a more supportive/thicker waist trainer I would not recommend this one for you.
