Classic Japanese School Girls Sailor Dress Shirts Uniform Anime Cosplay Costumes with Socks Set

This product is great. I wanted a cute Halloween costume that was a) cute, b) work appropriate and c) of a good material (not sweaty, flimsy, cheap-looking, "customey" polyester) This was all I wanted and more. I followed the size chart and the fit was perfect. No alterations needed at all! I am not model-size-proportioned: large chest (36D natural which means a somewhat wide torso), short torso and 158 cm ( 5'2" for non-metric people) It came with all that is listed in the product description: socks skirt blouse 2 scarfs (white and red) 1 scarf "holder" The material feels like a cotton-mix, very soft and not flimsy at all. The socks are a not as long to get me above the knee (and I am short) I did try and they looked to stretch, but I actually like them better below the knee. The blouse comes with a zipper closure on the side which makes it easy to put on. In my case, this came with a small sewing issue and so there was a gap on that side. But I fixed it very quickly. The skirt comes with button and zipper closure and a bit of elastic on the waist sides, so you have some room accommodate. The one piece that feels cheap is the red scarf: the material is not as nice as the white one and it comes with serger finish rather than a sewing finish (I hope you understand what I mean).

I love everything about this product! I’m 5’5 and about 185lb. I’m a size 12 for pants (American Eagle) and my bra size is 36DD. I read the reviews and yes you should definitely go two sizes up. I ordered 5XL and it’s fits great! If they had a 4XL option I probably would’ve chosen that instead because the top is a little oversized but if you like a baggy look (more wiggle room) then 5XL is perfect! The top itself has no stretch but the skirt has an elastic band and it fits comfortably around my waist. Surprisingly the material is thick and seems to be very durable. The socks were a little tight but I don’t mind because it helps it stay in place. I got everything else that was listed in the product detail so overall I am extremely happy with my purchase. TLDR; Order 2 sizes up from what you normally wear. I have nothing negative to say about this product.

I like cosplay and I like cosplay clothes that are comfy enough to wear on any other day that's not Halloween or part of con season. So if something like this comes up in my recommended or I decide to browse, I'd try it. Some things I liked: -Was a bit nervous about the fabric type since if I've had a long day my brain would just register this as a cheap nylon Halloween costume type fabric (a la the Fallout 76 bag fiasco), but it's nowhere near that. Not quite cotton or other material you'd expect for an official uniform, but plenty comfy and good for conventions or general wear. -I've had a spotty record with knee-high socks because my calves seem to have an active contempt for them. The socks included with the outfit are the first pair that fit as they should without cutting off my circulation (more on sizing later). -Skirt fits perfectly and is long enough. Some nitpicks -On sizing, I ordered based on my height and weight (though I also have to take my bust size into account as well) and for a 175 lb, 5' 9" person the size I ordered is 5XL Asian. While the skirt fits perfectly, the top is a bit baggy. I expected a fit on the loose side, but not "dad's comfy sweatshirt" baggy. If necessary for future reference, try ordering a size down or see if you or someone good at sewing can tailor it. Interesting there's a zipper on it, though. -This should go without saying for seasoned Comic Con attendees, but for the novice cosplayer or someone who just likes costumes or similar clothing do make sure to carefully follow all cleaning instructions so it lasts. It's well-made but it won't mean squat if you launder the outfit incorrectly and later get too rough with it. If you're looking for cosplay outfits for an upcoming convention (if those will still be around when the pandemic blows over...) or just looking for a gift for the weeb/otaku in your family or friend circle, definitely give this a try. Just keep an eye on the size when ordering.

I was a little concerned about the fit, but it matched up to the size chart. It's cute and comfortable. The included neckerchief is a little cheesy and the over-the-knee socks don't quite come up to my knees, much less over. In fairness they probably don't sell many of these to people my height so it's impressive that the socks fit at all. I probably would have rated it at 4.5 stars, but since that's not an option I rounded up because I'm very pleased overall. In fact I liked it so much I bought a second one in another color.

I was super excited for this. My first order was a medium and I got shipped a large. Seeing it way too big I organized a return and immediately bought a small considering how big the large was on me. Now again, I've been shipped a size larger than I ordered and it's still to big. I'm strongly considering placing a return for this one now too but not interested in buying yet again for the soul fact that I've already spent double on trying to get this outfit and it being much larger than expected. This is a really well made outfit and fitting I'm sure it's very comfortable to wear. It is more costume like material as expected, but it doesn't lower its quality. Had I been shipped the right size I would have loved this. For reference I am 5'9 130lbs. Medium and large are way too big.

Hot but great fit

My grandson and granddaughter wanted to be the brother and sister duo, Sora and Shiro, from the anime series “No Game, No Life” for Halloween this year. My 12-year-old grandson is tall and wears adult sizes, so finding a Sora shirt for him was easy. But my 8-year-old granddaughter is still a child size. Tall for her age, but all the official Shiro costumes we could find were sized for adult cosplay. None child sized. So I stumbled on this costume which is adult sized only also but offered an extra-small size, so we decided to try it and see. And as you can see it’s a pretty decent fit! If we dye the neckerchief yellow it will be close enough for Shiro. Our only disappointment was that the XS size was not available in navy which would have been a better color choice for Shiro, but on a darker Halloween night I’m sure the black will be fine. Far easier than me trying to make her costume using Simplicity 8160 which was our other choice! LOL

The material is obviously quite cheap, which did put me off at first, but once I’m wearing it, it’s actually very comfortable, and since the fabric is so thin, it doesn’t make me overheat easily. When it arrived, the skirt was extremely large around the waist, but after stitching it so that it fit me, it was much better. I am 5“2 and extremely thin though, and I ordered an Asian M size, so it may be different for you. The zipper gets stuck sometimes, but that seems to happen to me with almost everything so that may very much just be a me problem. The shirt is made of the same material as the skirt, and is very thin and full of creases on arrival, but I find it quite comfortable once I’m wearing it. The scarf does come loose very easily, and again, the quality isn’t the best, so keep that in mind. Overall, I love the way it looks, and if you aren’t too bothered by low quality materials, I highly recommend giving it a chance!

Perfect fit, a little bit static. Might need ironing since it's in a plastic bag. And if you have really thick thighs (no offence meant, objective) the socks will not fit so you might need different socks. 😊

Overall like. Fits good a little tight in the shoulders. Considering the fact that I am indeed a 250ish pound man and the product is designed for people like my considerably smaller daughter I say we'll made,it held up well. Down side? I'm gonna have to live with the fact I'm never gonna be able to fit one. sad face.
