Double Nine Dominoes for Adults, 55 Tiles with Wooden Box

I have been trying to learn dominoes for a while. I bought this set and took them to a party and a few of us played dominoes for two hours. It was really fun. We enjoyed them. It’s a beautiful set. I like the sound of them. They are kind of large, so they’re easy to handle and read. It’s a really good set and they come in a very nice box. I was very pleased with the purchase and I learned how to play dominoes so now I’m ready for a bigger set, but this was the perfect for small groups. Four people played very easily with these. I would say it’s a really good buy.

Our family has been using this dominoes set for our regular game nights, and it has been a lot of fun. The Double 6 tiles feel durable, smooth to the touch, and the painted dots are clear and easy to read. The natural wood case is a great feature, making it simple to store all 28 pieces neatly together when we are done playing. It is a classic, well-crafted set that is perfect for a simple game afternoon at home.

Nice small set with case

This is a lovely set. The dominos are of good quality and are large enough and thick enough for adults and older children to hold easily in the hand. They shuffle nicely making a very pleasant sound. The dominos are also of a good weight. Unlike many modern set these dominos fit easily and quickly into the wooden storage box. Five stars for sure. I wish though that Smilejoy made their double 9 set of these dimensions, the dominos look to be about half as thick. If you are wondering whether to get the jumbo set just get it. The only word of caution is if playing with domino holders, because of the thickness of these dominos they do not fit into a grooved domino holder we ordered. The holders that work more like a shelf are probably better. Almost certainly the best value double 6 domino set on Amazon at the moment.
