I put this “We Trippy” top coat over a very dark blue (Ibiza by Zoya). The holographic glitter can seem not colorful in some kinds of light, but it still gives a nice sparkle. In the types of light that do make the colors pop, it is very, very nice. This was my first time trying Cirque Colors and I plan on buying many more polishes from them after seeing how nice this one is! It dried very quickly, too. I very much recommend this top coat. EDIT: Wow, desertcart butchered the quality of my pic when I uploaded it. You can see rainbow holographic glitter in this top coat in the right light, and that picture doesn't show it.
