I got 12A,130V 'HUSKY' indoor/ outdoor Cord with American male and female plug units at both end from USA.Suitable Cord not available in India

Will this run on 220 v lines or will it need an Adapter to convert 110 v to 220v ?

You need to purchase a voltage converter which brings down voltage to 110v. For this product the downward voltage converter should have wattage of more than 2000.

beware of the seller

this item requires a step-down transformer of @ 2kva which costs @ INR 8000 again ..so but that is compatible to 240 v . the supplier did not mention this in his product description.
