Radio City Spectacular: A Photographic History of the Rockettes and Christmas Spectacular – Behind-the-Scenes with an Iconic Dance Troupe and American Holiday Legacy

This is a coffee table book! It's absolutely beautiful so many colored pictures and write-ups about the Rockettes. Giving to a friend for Christmas. The price is fabulous for what you're getting and you won't be disappointed

Bought this for my granddaughter's birthday and placed Rockettes tickets inside. Large, colorful, informative book.

I love the book. It’s very interesting and has a lot of pictures. Very nice coffee table book. If U love the Rockettes, you’ll really enjoy this book.

The book is absolutely amazing and I know my granddaughter will love it!

Enjoyed the information and photos. Very informative and easy to read

What can I say? My wife was a Rockette for ten years in the 1960's when it was a full time job - four shows a day, seven days a week. While there were thirty six young dancers on stage, an additional cadre of Rockette's were rotated through this arduous daily schedule. The ladies accumulated a week off through a complicated scheduling process. My wife loves the book, (she is in a few of the photos). It is an accurate and wonderful stroll down memory lane, a revisit to a time when over 6,000 people filled the "House" at Radio City Music Hall four shows daily and were treated to a true stage spectacular.

I have the Rockette's Dance through Time, and I would say that, all though it's good, this book is much better. It's a fairly big, glossy, hardcover thing, with a lot of amazing pictures. Though it covers a lot of history, it isn't full of dreary black and white pictures. So I'm basically saying that, despite the low price, the book is quite flashy. If you already have Dance through Time, you'll recognise a lot of the pictures, but the best shots are ones I've never seen before. For any fan of the Rockettes I recommend this highly.

Gave it last Holiday prior to trip to Radio City

A great book with more insight into the most amazing building in New York given over to public performances. A must for lovers of the Radio City Music Hall, why there isn't a huge book available on this magnificent "art work", surely a jewel in the crown of New York's finest?

Bello,mi piacerebbe vedere altri DVD con le Rockettes,lo vidi al Radio City nel 1992 e lo trovai molto bello Cordialmente

Well this book arrived well before its estimated delivery which was looking likely after Christmas. Extremely happy it came before as it was a present. Perfect gift for someone interested in this era and style of dance, beautiful clear pictures. Would definitely recommend. This book has been accepted with joy! Thank you for quick delivery :)
