Good to take if you're getting older
I've noticed increased energy levels and a better pump after working out. Beware, sometimes your pee will strongly smell of melted rubber.I've done some research and discovered another variant called R Lipoic Acid which does similar things but I don't know yet. I'll continue to take this for now.Also if you tend to ingest a few or a lot of supplements in general, I'd advise you to drink a glass of lemon water or something every few days so you can avoid the buildup of kidney stones.
