A broken bottle arrived today. I tried the sight format for replacement but it doesn’t work, can someone help?

Go to Your Orders, you'll find a list of options for Replacement/Refund & there is an option for Damaged/Broken Product & then it'll ask for what you would like done...Replacement/Refund & it will walk you thru the process pretty efficiently. I've had to ask for replacement several times & never had a problem getting it a no cost & no return.

I paid $16.00 for this bottle and the rim after opening was all crushed..I am sur the glass in in the juice..OH not eligable for return????

Really they didn't send you a new bottle? Did you call them and explain the problem? Take a strainer and pour into a new jar. Better luck next time.

can you freeze the leftovers to make it last longer?

It is part of the citrus family and lemon juice may be frozen, so I imagine Bergamot juice may be as well. I kept mine in the fridge for ages and it was fine.

Do you know how many oranges are needed to get the 8.5 fl oz?

It depends on the type of oranges & how juicy they are--I'd just start with half a dozen & pour into a measuring cup after each one till you get the desired amount.
