I love my new patio furniture! Assembly should have been easy but I got to the last hole on the first chair and couldn't line it up. When I assembled the second chair I left everything loose and was able to line everything up and go back and tighten. I went back to the first chair, loosened all the screws, got everything to align and then retightened. Voila! All screws in place. The set is very attractive, comfortable and definitely sturdy. I am thrilled to find a pretty set at such a great price.

Chairs and table look smart and much more expensive than they actually were. Pretty easy to assemble although lining up holes on different sections was tricky at times. Just be patient and make sure you don’t tighten any screws too much before aligning all the parts. Rocking chairs are a touch of extra luxe although the cushions are thin and can become uncomfortable after a while. I also often end up turning the back cushion 90 degrees to make it taller and provide a bit more support. All in all though, a great product and better than anything else I’ve found for the price.

It’s been a good replacement for the set we used to have on our balcony. Some noteworthy items... Pros — nice looking set, good quality wicker, cushions are water repellent, includes a canopy, inexpensive Cons — takes a long time to put together, cushions are thin and slide easily, no easy way to keep the canopy down. When we received the boxes, our handyman came over and spent 3 hours putting it together. It was a lot of work! The set looks nice on our balcony, but the canopy affected our view of the yard from our house, so we wanted to keep it down. Well, there is no straightforward way to do this — you have to push the hydraulic canopy down and tie it down. We encountered rain the next few days and I saw just how well the cushions repelled the water. Impressive! I separated the foot cushions this morning to enjoy it as a sofa and the cushions kept sliding out from under me. I think it needs some Velcro or something. Overall, given the low price point, I felt this set was deserving of 4 stars. Enjoy!

The assembly instructions aren't the best, but I figured it out after a few tries! It's super important not to screw in the screws too much until all of them are in place, otherwise you're going to have a hard time. There is a small stain in roughly the same place on both back pillows, but I just flipped them over. This little patio set is totally worth the money.

Mine is in my back yard surrounding a fire pit. Gorgeous, better than I thought. Easy to assemble and I am going to order another set for the outstanding price!!!! So comfortable and wide enough to sit criss cross applesauce!

The chairs are nice and wide. I was concerned the back of them wasn’t going to be high enough for comfort, but I have no complaints. I’ve had them for several months and they have held up well so far. They were easy to put together. My 7 year old put them together with only a little help. Color is true to the listing. I store my cushions when I’m not using them to extend their life.

When I ordered these chairs I was doubtful. But after assembled these are the best chairs. They are much sturdier than I thought. I was going to use them for outside, but love them so much I put them one of each in a bedroom. They are very comfortable. They make great reading and TV chairs. If I have to say something bad, the instructions are a little confusing and it took a few hours to assemble everything.

I worried that at this price point, purchasing this set might be a risk. However, I did expect that the chairs would at least be useable for a time. Unfortunately, as you can see in the picture, on the back of one of the chairs, the holes do not line up. This makes the back of the chair unsecured and therefore unusable. I attempted to take the chair apart and put it back together, believing that I may have made an error in an earlier step. I contacted Factory Direct Wholesale and they emailed back and forth with me for several days to ultimately tell me I needed to speak with Amazon. I called Amazon customer service today and was given the option for a partial refund (of $29) or a replacement set as long as I mailed the current set back to Amazon. I have already spent approximately two hours putting the functional chair and functional table, and troubleshooting the defective chair. Asking me to take them apart to ship them all back rather than just send me a single new chair is unreasonable. I would not recommend taking the risk on this set, despite the price point. While I do like the chair that I was able to complete, I have been extremely disappointed with the overall customer experience and product.

This set is very nice and very sturdy. The cushion is very thin but it is still quite comfortable.

Each of these chairs easily costs $200 each and paying $180 including shipping for this whole set is a dream. The chairs are very sturdy and they look really nice. Craftsmanship on the cushions could improve but for this price, it's an awesome set. Huge seats I could sit with my legs crossed. Only issue was them including the wrong screw packs and it took weeks for them to send the missing screws to me (twice) BUT Joe, Annie and Roman from customer service were all patient and prompt and thank you for your help! An awesome patio set and great customer service!

Arrived in excellent shape, be prepared to build and decipher the instructions provided as it lacks in being comprehensive. Read them and understand all of the parts and where they go! best to separate everything on the floor, and identify which screws go where. The parts legend on the instructions is not the greatest, but if you take your time to group everything accordingly, it will make your life easier. Other than that, it went together quite easily aside from a couple of the pre-drilled holes not lining up perfectly... had to manipulate some areas to have the screws secure the pieces together. The padding in the cushions are thinner than what I was hoping for, but still comfortable (just don't expect the padding to withstand much use... be prepared to replace the seat cushion\padding when it loses it's fluff). Overall, it looks great, LOVE the rocker chairs and the little table is perfect for some bevs and snacks. Great bang for the buck.
