How do these turn on? Is there a switch

Unscrew the base to put the batteries in and then screw the base in a little tighter to turn them on. It would be nice if they could be turned on by remote, as other led flicker candles do, but these simply turn on by screwing in the base. They do look nice, though. And, I don't have to worry about forgetting to blow the candles out after dinner! Hope this helps!

How do I replace one candle? It did not come with the battery parts inside!

Candle base is too big for the holders. i can force them in only to see the candle rise back out. can the gasket be trimmed? any recommendations?

For our advent wreath, the candle base was too small for the candle holder and I had to add material to keep it upright. Maybe take the candle to the store with you to find a candle holder that works?
