I love this lamp. Yes it is a little pricey BUT it is worth every penny!

I purchased this nail lamp on March 19 2026, it is April 23 today and the lamp just stopped working out of nowhere! I keep this nail lamp secured on work desk and never move it. I make sure to unplug it after I’m done using it because I don’t want to die the product down from keeping it plugged in too much and now it no longer works. I am really really upset about this considering how expensive this nail lamp is, this isn’t just some cheap $30/$40 lamp we’re talking about, this lamp ran me over $200!! I have contacted the manufacturer and fingers crossed these people will either send me a replacement or have Amazon refund me back my money because this is ridiculous!!Update review: the company reached out to me and offered both either a refund or replacement, I chose the have a replacement sent out because I actually do like the lamp a lot and they had one sent to me. It arrived 2 days later in top shape with no issues. I changed my star rating because this company actually cares about their brand and the professionalism is top tier ❤️ they care about their customers and not just using us as a money grab.

I received this package today. The box was not sealed by plastic . The lamp seem like used. I have no using yet. Will test it with my first customer tomorrow and see what it work.

Bought for my granddaughter who is a nail tech. Uses when she does my nails. I love that you can actually see the position of your nails thru the top. Also that the only lights that illuminate are for the nails so that you don’t get the UV lights on your skin unnecessarily. She loves it

Yes there is a camera and a screen, and software to map where the nails are, and they all work fine. But the uv lights are the same as in other devices and the same solace as well. The software turns some of them off when there is no nail detected in their path, but these are not laser focused lights, they cast lights across a broad surface. Nice in concept, but unless the lights are closer to the nail and are more focused, it is a waste of time and money.

I ordered this O’Nail lamp from Amazon and specifically selected a new item. The lamp itself appears to be working properly and I have no complaints about its performance so far.However, I was disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. The box was damaged and crushed in several places, and the protective plastic that should have been on the lamp was loose inside the packaging instead. Overall, it looked like the box had been previously opened and the lamp possibly unpacked before.I can’t say whether this happened at the seller’s warehouse, Amazon’s warehouse, or during shipping, so I don’t necessarily blame the manufacturer or the product itself. But when I purchase an item as new, especially an electronic beauty device, I expect it to arrive properly sealed and packaged like a new product.The lamp seems fine and works, but the condition of the packaging definitely made me uncomfortable and took away from the experience of purchasing a new item.
