I read up on this product and got the cleanser, milk exfoliator, and facial hydration all in one order. Got the double pack be cause, like me, my daughter is a soap and water girl. Now, we are both PREQUEL girls!! Both of us love this cleanser and I love my other products. It lathers easily and makes your face feel clean!! Little yo no fragrance and doesn’t dry my skin out. My daughter and I are both combo skin (dry and oily) girls and this cleanser works well with our skin. Also, it’s helped clear my face up!! I haven’t gone without at least base makeup for a couple years because of hormonal acne. My face is finally clear enough that I feel comfortable with less is more! I really like this cleanser and have been happy with how it performs. It’s gentle on my skin, doesn’t leave it feeling dry or tight, and still does a great job of cleansing. My skin feels clean, smooth, and hydrated after using it, which is exactly what I look for in a daily cleanser. When I first unpacked it, one of the bottles had leaked a little during shipping. Thankfully it wasn’t a lot and didn’t affect the product itself, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, the quality of the cleanser makes up for the minor packaging issue. I would still recommend it and would purchase again because it works really well and is great for everyday use.

So this is the second time receiving this item. The first delivery was leaking and the pump was broken. This order, the bottle was also leaking. But I think the solution is already being used on the pre cleansing oil prequel has. There is a pump lock collar. I just rinsed off the bottle and there’s no issue with the pump. I didn’t feel like returning again for it to happen again. I like the face wash. It doesn’t seem weird. It’s light and effective. It doesn’t dry my face.

Love this stuff. A little goes a long way. I use it as a body wash and it is very effective in cleaning my skin and leaving it soft and smooth. Never a dry feeling. I swim 3 xs a week and it seems to protect my skin from the chemicals. The pump makes it fairly easy to use. There is no scent which i prefer. It doesn't leave a sticky or oily feel to my skin.
