Vive Knee Ice Pack Wrap - Cold/Hot Gel Compression Brace for Pain Relief

This works great for both hot and cold. The 4 straps provide a secure fit that stays in places. Cold seems to stay cold longer than the heat, but both work very well. I got near daily use from the wraps for both knees in the fall when high school soccer season is in full swing. Simple to use and, as mentioned, the 4 straps are well designed. It provides enough mobility for moving around the house and stays put. Well worth it. Seems to get cool quickly and easy to use it for heated use too, though 90% of my use is as a cold pack.

I had a total knee replacement and highly recommend this as it made icing my knee super easy and could get front and back at the same time. Easy to put on and molds to your body. Not stiff.

I play basketball 3 nights a week and I'm too old to recover from playing basketball 3 nights a week. My knees are always sore. My doctor recommended I ice my knees after I play so I ordered these. They work great. They don't freeze solid so they are easy to wrap around your knees and still allow some movement. I put them in the freezer before I leave and they are plenty cold when I get back about 2-3 hours later. They stay cold on my knees the whole time I'm just sitting here resting while I build up the energy to go take a shower. They aren't freezing cold and painful on the skin, they are just right. I suspect I will be using them as long as the velcro straps still work, and then ordering more.

I love this knee brace so much. I bought it for a friend. This was what this order was. Unfortunately the first one came without the ice packs, which is the reason that I got four stars instead of five. Anyone looking for a good freeze out for their knee with extreme pain, this is the one for you. It allows you to be mobile and still get knee relief.

Pros: Compact ice-gel bags fit easily into the underside slots. Well made, should last for years. Easily wrapped, start in center, then the top & bottom. Holds the cold for the standard 20 minutes easily. Cons Kinda: It is made for a standard sized adult. It's a bit of a challenge to get it tight enuf for a small person.

This was a bit more expensive than other knee-icing wraps I was looking at but I think it's well worth it. There are 3 (each removable) gel packs, so I can adjust which areas I want to ice. (I don't usually like to ice behind my knees, so I take that gel pack out.) And the packs stay cold for a long time. The wrap stays secure around my legs. A good buy.

Love it! It allows you to ice behind your knee as well as on top. Or if you prefer you can take that ice pack out. Got this for ACL surgery recovery. It’s well made and you get to decide how snug you want it. I’d give it more stars if I could.

This was a great purchase! It helped so much and was easy to use. The gel packs are not stiff when frozen so they are easy to manipulate. They did get uncomfortablely cold so I used a large dish towel to between them and my skin. The compression is what you make it as well as the support of the product. The material is soft yet extremely durable. Velcro is stable and isn't easily moved.

This is a truly fantastic ice pack for knee injuries. I first bought this when I fell skiing. Was originally told I had a bad contusion of my knee- (turned out i’d actually completely torn my ACL and had partial tear on my MCL but didn’t find out til 9 months after injury.) So I bought this at the time of the injury a truly it helped me get through the acute phase of the injury. Then when I finally had the reconstruction surgery I had this ice pack and a spare set of ice packs ready and waiting. Meant I could use it and then swap to the 2nd set if I needed it longer. But it meant I could use it to go to sleep and have another ready to use after morning physio and throughout the day. The design of having 3 seperate ice packs 2 to cover the front and sides of knee and the 3rd to comfortably hug the back of you knee, is Fantastic. I loved this ice pack so much. I even sent one to a family member who had the same injury and again they were blown away that you could wrap the whole knee up in its icey coolness! Truly such a relief. I can not recommend this enough! Buy a spare set of ice packs so you can swap them and always have a set of cool packs ready to use in the freezer.
