Bulletproof Upgraded Coconut Charcoal Capsules - 90 Ct.(500 mg)

This product is great, my third time re-ordering. I'm megadosing it while I'm doing ozone sauna therapy and hyperbaric chamber. I've had chronic illness (fatigue, auto-immune, etc.) for 10 years and I am almost 100% healed now thanks to detoxing. I'm like a new person! Whenever I do an ozone or hyperbaric treatment, my body asks for more charcoal (I do muscle testing/the lean test to know when to take it and how much). Then I usually follow that with systemic enzymes (I like Masszymes - Dave Asprey and Ben Greenfield have a great podcasts on how to use them before and between meals. When I use it an hour after the charcoal and for detox, its megadosing between meals). Other things that are working synergistically and moving the dial for me to help detox : vibration plate for moving lymph, healthyline 5-in-1 infrared mat, ICES M1 (read about it at selfhacked), vielight 655 (model for cleaning the blood). Don't forget when detoxing you'll probably need to supplement with electrolytes, especially magnesium, potassium, and some calcium. Like I said, I'm like a new person now that I'm detoxing. Its amazing! Grateful for this charcoal, and for all the info I've learned from people like Dave Asprey (as well as Ben Greenfield, Katie at Wellness Mama, Justin at Extreme Health Radio). Also- my dog was able to detox using this charcoal!! Basically, I open the capsules and mix it in something for her. She loves it. She also got a lot of liver supportive supplements. Using this method (as well as revamping her diet and giving her more sunshine, and she lays on the infrared mat) she reversed her ear infections and her skin issues she was having and has twice as much energy. We believe it was the pesticides they started spraying the grass around our apartment that made her start to have issues. So once she detoxed, she was like a brand new girl. Her hair is also super soft now, added grassfed collagen to the mix and that seemed to help. She gets the same multivitamin powder I get - I use Seeking Health prenatal powder in chocolate its amazing. The way I figure out what supplements she wants on a certain day is I hold it up to her, and she will start licking the capsule if she wants it that day. Then I just open the capsule and add it to their food. Dogs are very intuitive, they know what they need if you give them the opportunity!

I’ve tried several different activated charcoal’s, and I have to say that bulletproof is the best by far. I honestly can’t tell you why, but for whatever reason how it’s processed might be the difference. Some of the other charcoal that I’ve taken have actually made me nauseous and constipated, but not bulletproof. If I overdo it with sweets, sugar, or greasy foods, I just take a couple, and my stomach is put to rest. It’s also something that I take every few days just to keep on top of a healthy gut biome. This last time I bought three bottles, on accident. 🙄😳 had it not been such an amazing product. I might’ve freaked out a little more than I did.
