Good and sturdy product using this for quite some time

A great item. Very useful to dry the clothes. Seems a sturdy item and easy to handle. But drops of Ac duct water had shown signs of rusting on the rods. Can be careful.

Anything made in India needs to encouraged.. however we need to focus more on quality workmanship and finesse not just functional.. In this case, while the material used were of quality, the workmanship needs improvement.. example the holes on hoister are not out of shape and not near, the hoister does not balance evenly, the pulleys are flimsy and looks that it will not last, there is no provision for connect to hook, etc... however, I spoke to the team when there was a mess up with Delhivery team, I found that the owners are very customer friendly and helpful.. Hence I recommend that u buy the product.. the materials are all Stainless Steel and good quality nylon ropes..

Cumbersome DIY...+ intnl buyers have to send the item back (any damage etc it has) by themselves to seller.

I didn’t like.worst quality.screws are not fitting properly.
