**Q: Is carlyle's "glycine propionyl l carnitine" simply propionyl l carnitine powder with glycine powder added, or is it a discreet third molecule?**
A: Well I am not sure if this will help you. It is a powered capsule. But keep close attention to what seems to help me or not. This product did absolutely nothing for me. I am guessing it is for B.P. or to help out with work outs. I tried Veinz by Limnitrix, It is the N.O. I have ever tried. I bought it to help B.P. my pressure, 4 Capsules a day brought my B.P. down from 142/82 to 126/62.

**Q: Math not adding up.  824mg + 282mg = 1,106mg.   Not 1,250mg.**
A: There are "other ingredients".....

I've been buying GPLC for a number of years to help with the intermittent claudication (only being able to walk a short distance without having to stop due to pain from lack of circulation) caused by PAD (peripheral artery disease). Recently Amazon sent out a warning that they were dropping Vitamonk GPLC (the brand that I was using at the time) due to manufacturing compliance issues, so I decided to try Carlyle, and am really glad that I did, as it has increased my treadmill endurance considerably. I need to thank Amazon for that message they sent, as this is something that impacts my health. I'm buying Carlyle from now on and have added it to my "subscribe and save" items.
