Overall the tail is good but you have to stretch the monofin out a lot.🙄 ALSO I FORGOT was that the tail was see through. While you are swimming the monofin has a hole and you feet keep getting stuck but that isnt really a promblem for me and the shipping doesnt take to long mine came very fast ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute and fun, but difficult to stand up or swim in *by S***F on August 28, 2018* My 7 year old daughter is tall, and generally wears size 12/14 clothes. That was the size I ordered and it fit. Note there will be additional fabric as it could rip or pull off the fin section without some extra room to move around. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Would not buy again *by Y***A on August 24, 2018* Tail fit fine. Black fin opening for foot is suuuuper small & tight. And bathing suit part is a joke. The top is stiched together so close together that doesnt cover breast area correctly and bottoms are totally see through. Waited years for a mermaid tail and is pretty disappointed overall. For the price, I guess the tail is the only thing worth it. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/84124241-hilary-ella-girls-4pcs-mermaid-tail-swimwear-children-mermaid-clothing](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/84124241-hilary-ella-girls-4pcs-mermaid-tail-swimwear-children-mermaid-clothing) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
