We’ve worked with local partners in India since 2006 to create living-wage employment opportunities and facilitate training that leads to a woman’s self-sufficient future. We pay our local partners a premium that goes towards medical care and counseling benefits, job-placement services, and micro-loans for women who would like to start a business of their own.
